These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteAutopilot, the AI SEO and social media management platform operated at https://mysiteautopilot.ai (the "Service"), provided by SiteAutopilot ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service is designed to work with any website and any industry. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SiteAutopilot crawls a website you own or are authorized to manage, identifies technical and content-based SEO issues, researches keywords, generates written content (including service pages, blog posts and FAQs), and suggests or applies changes to titles, meta descriptions and internal links. SiteAutopilot also generates and publishes marketing content to connected social media accounts (including Facebook, X and LinkedIn), and tracks search engine rankings and social engagement, reporting on performance over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
By connecting a website or social media account (including Facebook, X or LinkedIn) to SiteAutopilot, you represent and warrant that you own the website or account, or have obtained all necessary permissions to authorize us to crawl, analyze, and — where you enable automatic changes or publishing — modify its content, metadata, internal links, or post on your behalf. You remain responsible for the content of your website and social accounts at all times, and for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service.
Depending on your account settings, SiteAutopilot may either (a) suggest website changes and social media posts for your review and manual approval, or (b) automatically apply certain changes — such as titles, meta descriptions, internal links, published website content, and social media posts. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and for any content published to your website or social accounts, whether applied automatically or manually approved.
The Service is offered under Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans, billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected paid plan will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans cancelled mid-term may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion, as described in your plan terms.
You retain ownership of your website, social media accounts, and all content published to them, including content generated by SiteAutopilot once it is applied or posted. We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to access, analyze and modify your website and to post to your connected social accounts solely to provide the Service.
Content generated by SiteAutopilot — including website pages, blog posts, and social media posts — is produced using automated, AI-based tools. While we aim for accuracy and relevance, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for factual accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability before it is published or relied upon, particularly for claims about pricing, warranties, or services offered.
Publishing to Facebook, X, LinkedIn and other third-party platforms depends on those platforms' own APIs, policies, and availability. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, content removal, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service when you connect an account to SiteAutopilot.
You agree not to use the Service to crawl or modify websites, or post to social media accounts, you do not have authorization to manage, to publish unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Search engine rankings and social media performance are influenced by many factors outside our control, including changes to search engine and platform algorithms, and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, engagement, or business outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 7.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteAutopilot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
